Players (guests joining an event) provide only a display name. No account, email, or personal information is required or stored beyond the name you choose and your picks for that event.
Organizers sign in with Google. We store your Google display name and email address to identify your account and send you a purchase confirmation email.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number or payment details — Stripe handles all of that under their own privacy policy.
We use your email address solely to send a one-time confirmation after you purchase an event. We do not send marketing emails, newsletters, or anything else.
Player names and scores are visible to all participants in an event. They are not shared outside of it.
Event data (props, player names, scores, results) is stored in Google Firebase Realtime Database. Events are retained indefinitely so organizers can access past results. Players have no account to delete, but organizers can delete their events from the dashboard.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any other third parties.
We use a single session cookie to keep organizers signed in via Firebase Authentication. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
