Terms of Service

PropParty is a live prediction game platform. Organizers create events, guests make picks, and scores update in real time. PropParty is for entertainment only — no real money changes hands between participants, and no gambling occurs on our platform.

Each event costs a flat $29 USD, charged at the time of creation via Stripe. This grants unlimited players and full access to all features for that event.

Refunds: Because event access is granted immediately upon payment, purchases are non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue preventing your event from functioning, contact us and we will make it right.

By creating an event, you agree to:

• Use PropParty for entertainment purposes only — no real money wagering
• Not create events for illegal purposes or with content that is harassing, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful
• Take responsibility for the content of your props and the conduct of your event
• Not share access credentials or resell events

Players join events without creating an account. By entering a name and making picks, players agree that their name and score are visible to all participants in that event. Players acknowledge that PropParty is for entertainment only and involves no monetary stakes.

Organizer accounts are created via Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We aim to keep PropParty available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime, data loss, or service interruption.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PropParty after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
